4. Use of Immersive XR Experiences
Users agree to use ReviveXR services responsibly and in accordance with safety guidance.
You agree that you will:

• Use XR experiences in a safe physical environment

• Follow device manufacturer safety recommendations

• Discontinue use if you experience discomfort such as dizziness, nausea, or eye strain

ReviveXR is not responsible for injuries resulting from unsafe use of XR devices.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through ReviveXR, including but not limited to:

• software

• immersive environments

• visual and audio assets

• designs

• text and graphics

are the intellectual property of ReviveXR or its licensors.
Users may not:

• copy or distribute content

• reverse engineer the software

• modify or reproduce immersive environments

• use our content for commercial purposes without permission

6. User Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding ReviveXR services, you grant ReviveXR the right to use that feedback to improve our services without compensation or obligation.
7. Third-Party Platforms
ReviveXR services may be accessed through third-party platforms such as XR device ecosystems or application stores.
Use of those platforms is subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
ReviveXR is not responsible for the operation, policies, or practices of third-party services.
